The room was well-furnished, yet the air conditioning was inconsistent and noisy.

The room we had included a lounge and a balcony.

The place was fairly clean with an extremely friendly staff at reception desk.

Solo traveler seeking comfort

I gotta say, the breakfast was excellent! I mean, they had everything from Western options to traditional fare. The location near the subway made getting around super simple.

It was a bit pricey, but you know, for what you get, it was still okay.

Well situated for a person who do not Beijing.All amenities exist for a business man who do not need to search for what he might need.

Knowing this hotel in 2008 and 09 prices are higher.The breakfast is billed excesively high compared to room cost.English is spooken by less than 10% of the personnel

The service at this old-fashioned hotel was good! I had spotless, well-appointed rooms with a lounge area and it's own balcony. And there was a particularly good view to the internal garden.

Breakfast was not very good, can be way much better.

Amazing location! Easy access to the metro and a stone's throw from the Forbidden City. The breakfast had deliciously fresh pastries 😋 our room smelled musty and felt a bit outdated.

The Club floor and its services were good in general, except for the arrival & departure.

Checking in was very slow although we were the only guests arriving at that time. Similarly, check-out took a long time too, and there seemed to be confusion about Booked.net prepayment authorization.

Very close to silk market, 3 minutes walk, and very close to Yongali subway station.

Perfect Location with Excellent Amenities

Staying here was fantastic! The hotel's central location made it easy to explore nearby shopping centers and bars. It's just a short walk to the metro. I loved the breakfast options, especially the freshly baked pastries. The staff was helpful and attentive, everything went smoothly . The noise from the hallway could be a bit distracting.

The hotel location is great and offers quick access to the metro, a big plus when exploring. The breakfast selection is ample, with a nice mix of options that cater to different tastes. The staff were pleasant and attentive , addressing any concerns promptly.

Some areas, especially certain rooms, could really use a facelift or a bit of maintenance.

The place was fairly clean and staff was extremely friendly. The breakfast was good and the cigar bar was a plus. Everything was very good, nonetheless a few employees were very rude. Thanks to an EXCELLENT service I had a really nice stay. Excellent facilities and the pool was nice.

They take care of everything you could need. Unluckily, we had big troubles loosing a passport. They've been incredibly helpful and supported us in any way, even accompanying us outside the hotel, at the police station, to help with translations.
